Read 'Responsibility 911'

“I have read and reread your chapter on ‘Entitlement’ [page 149] in the book RESPONSIBILITY 911 several times (Foreword by Warren Bennis).  I have never read a chapter that is so RIGHT ON!

Every word is so true.  I have witnessed and worked with management thinking they are an exception to the rules.  "When you withhold, you teach your people that withholding is a value."  And "if you don't trust your employees, then your employees will question their trust of you." So true...loved every bit you wrote on Attacking the Virus".

About the book:
From the Editors:

The 56 authors in this anthology make a strong and diversified case for the role responsibility plays in a free society. Responsibility 911 is a great year long executive/ employee training tool (one article per week) of insight into what keeps democracy alive, and what each of our individual opportunities are.

Plus, find out more about the most compelling monument project to freedom of the 21st Century, the Statue of Responsibility, and how you can help build it. Envisioned by Dr. Viktor E. Frankl in his landmark book, Man’s Search for Meaning, the Statue of Responsibility monument will be erected on the West Coast of America, balancing the Statue of Liberty on the East Coast. Together, these two mighty monuments will remind us all of the role liberty and responsibility play in maintaining freedom.
