Dan Prosser

Dan Prosser helps CEO’s, entrepreneurs, and business leaders who are struggling to achieve their vision; through a new proven, breakthrough business model that guarantees to make the impossible happen.

He helps them understand how to generate something so extraordinary that it may currently seem impossible: record levels of profit, an innovative product that leaps ahead of the rest of the industry, or managing change in organizations that habitually underperforms.

After selling both of his technology companies in 2001, Prosser started out showing business leaders how to be more effective in their thinking, recover the power they felt when they first started their businesses, to love what they do and have what they want in EVERY area of their lives. And, how to develop employees into “Highly Effective Teams” that go beyond “good” - to achieve their dreams individually and together.

Prosser has over thirty-five years of experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, mentor, coach, and consultant. Much of that time has been spent building companies and developing great employees. He has an acute understanding of the paradigms that constrain individual performance and organizational execution.

Prosser recently contributed to a new book, 'Responsibility 911’ from the Publishers of Executive Excellence Magazine, written by 55 prominent authors from around the world who reveal how a practical application of personal and organizational responsibility is both needed and essential.

He is active in the Houston Technology Community. He speaks frequently to groups, and participates on management boards’ in business and education. He founded and endowed the Technology Research and Education Center at the University of Houston and received an Honorary Degree from the University of Houston – Hilton College in 2000 for his work in the hospitality industry.
