The ChangeWorks Scorecard will give you the answer you are looking for.

When answering the scorecard questions and making your selections consider all of your external and internal circumstances including:
Working with other people including bad bosses, gaining access to resources, already established rules or regulations (including laws), cooperativeness of customers, supervisors, time, family, peers, co-workers. All of it. |
Be careful not to simply respond thinking "if it were just up to me - then I would say..."
It's never just up to you. You rely on all manner of people and things that you don't control. Make sure your responses reflect those issues and environmental elements as well.

Once you are in the scorecard please follow the instructions precisely. The only thing important here is your feelings about the 13 statements you are about to read and respond to.
As you look at the statements, run your cursor over them to give you the expanded version of the sentence. That will help you address them correctly.
When you're complete please allow some time for us to contact you with your results. No one sees your results but us - and you.
