When answering the scorecard questions and making your selections consider all of your external and internal circumstances including:
Working through other people, gaining access to money and resources, already established rules or regulations including laws, cooperativeness of customers, supervisors, time, family, peers, co-workers. |
Be careful not to simply respond thinking "if it were just up to me - then I would say..."
It's never just up to you. You rely on all manner of people and things that you don't control. Make sure your responses reflect those issues and environmental elements as well.

The Scorecard button will take you to a separate website where you will register and enter your email address to receive a link to enter the scorecard page.
Once you are in the scorecard please follow the instructions precisely. The only thing important here is your feelings about the 13 statements you are about to read and respond to.
As you look at the statements, run your cursor over them to give you the expanded version of the sentence. That will help you address them correctly.
